At the end of all our P1-3 rugby sessions the players have been learning about the importance of stretching after their exercise. We practice different stretches as a team, mostly for legs, and hold the stretch for a count of 10. One of our parent helpers is a child physiotherapist who helps to guide us with this. Doing a range of stretches will help muscles to stay more flexible but more importantly gets the youngsters into a good practice for the future!
